Our Terms & Conditions
Once a booking has been made the following terms and conditions will apply:
Check In & Departures
Check in time is 2:30pm to 6.00pm, although we can accomodate earlier or later times by prior arrangement, please contact us by phone or email with your request. Luggage drop-off is available earlier if required.
Please vacate your rooms by 10:45am on the day of departure.
Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit equal to the cost of the first nights stay is required at time of booking, with the balance to be paid upon arrival.
Holiday cancellation insurance provides protection for a person reserving accomodation against cancellation losses incurred in the event of accident or illness. You are strongly recommended to ensure that you have the appropriate cancellation cover.
Group Bookings
The person making a group booking is ultimately responsible for full payment for all rooms. If numbers in the party vary between date booking made and date of stay, then it is their responsibility to ensure full utilisation of the rooms. The room rate agreed at time of booking shall stand.
Damages & Breakages
Should any damage occur by either deliberate action or negligence by a guest which directly or indirectly causes loss to the guest house, the guest agrees to indemnify such losses. These losses include lost income, sourcing alternative accommodation and specialist expenses as necessary.
General Notes
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Lost keys will incur a £30 charge for replacement.
