Philbeach Guest House Terms & Conditions

Once a booking has been made the following terms and conditions will apply:

Check In & Departures
Check in time is from 1pm onwards unless otherwise arranged.  Luggage drop-off and
collection of parking permit and/or keys is available earlier if required.

Please vacate your rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Deposits & Payments
A non refundable deposit of £20 per person is required at time of booking, with the
balance to be paid upon arrival.  Cheques to be made payable to Philbeach Guest House.

Group Bookings
The person making a group booking is ultimately responsible for full payment for
all rooms. If numbers in the party vary between date booking made and date of stay,
then it is their responsibility to ensure full utilisation of the rooms. The room
rate agreed at time of booking shall stand.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of of a booking cancellation (partial or full) we will endeavour to re-let the room.
If the booking is cancelled giving less than 2 full days notice and the accommodation cannot
be re-let, we will claim damages amounting to 50% of the total booking value.  Any initial
deposit that has been made will be deducted from this value.

Holiday cancellation insurance provides protection for a person reserving accomodation
against cancellation losses incurred in the event of accident or illness.  You are strongly
reccomended to ensure that you have the appropriate cancellation cover.

Damages & Breakages
Should any damage occur by either deliberate action or negligence by a guest which
directly or indirectly causes loss to the guest house, the guest agrees to indemnify
such losses.  These losses include lost income, sourcing alternative accommodation
  and specialist expenses as necessary.

General Notes
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Lost keys will incur a £20 charge for replacement.
