Online Booking & Room Availability

Please use the availability checker below to confirm that the room or rooms that you require are
available on the dates you wish to stay.  Once you have confirmed availability, simply click the "Available"
link on the appropriate room to begin making your online booking, you will then be taken to the
next stage where you will confirm your room choice and the duration of your stay, you can also add
further rooms at this point if more than one is required.
Please note that from April 1 all weekend bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights' stay.

A deposit equal to one night's stay will be required to confirm your booking which can be paid by Credit or
Debit Card via PayPal (note: you do not require a PayPal account).  If you would prefer to pay your deposit
over the phone or by cheque this is no problem, please advise us by noting your intention in the
'Special Requirements' section of the Guest Details form.  Please note: if you require the Room-Only option,
please state this in the 'Special Requirements' section when booking online, or when speaking to us on
the phone and we will adjust the room rate for your booking accordingly.

Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to stay@philbeachguesthouse.co.uk with your name, address,
telephone number and details of your requirement and we will contact you to confirm your booking at a
time that is convenient for you.

Please note that we do not accept bookings for Stag or Hen parties.
